Holiday Inn Express & Suites Portales, an IHG Hotel

Nice room, beds were comfy, bedding and pillows were comfy. Nice Dove shampoos and shower gels. Lovely Pool and Jacuzzi and gym. Plenty of parking. Great location as we wanted to be close to Eastern New Mexico University.

The cleanliness, the Dove products were awesome, that breakfast was included and was fantastic, gym and pool (which sadly I didn't have time for), and ease of checkin/checkout. I also like the door to the whole bathroom! Thank you for that!

Very very clean amazing staff especially the guy with the red beard he went over and beyond for me to have a safe stay when I told him I fell in the bathtub the first day there

Rooms were clean and in good shape, facility was clean and quiet.

The young gentlemen working late nights , Rylie, was very helpful, nice , polite young man. He helped in every way, all positive compliments!! he deserves a raise! The room was clean, had all the necessities available. I was overall pleased with the stay for 2 nights.
